Lyn Owens-Ward (MA, Psychotherapy and Counselling UKCP) is a counsellor and psychotherapist practising in Sevenoaks, Kent and in Holborn, London. Her consulting rooms are conveniently located within a ten minute walk from the railway station in the historical market town of Sevenoaks or a two minute walk from Chancery Lane tube station.

The therapy I offer

As an Integrative Psychotherapist, I offer a variety of techniques and "tailor" them to your needs. I believe this provides the best chance of creating insight and permanent change, as we are all different in our own way.

Confidential and safe space

The space I create is safe and confidential to allow you to begin to know and strengthen yourself. We have the power to heal ourselves when we find the courage to examine and explore a deeper understanding of our experiences.

Making the first step

I currently offer Counselling and Psychotherapy in the centre of Sevenoaks town and with Health Dynamics Associates on High Holborn in the Tudor building directly outside Chancery Lane tube station. Skype therapy is also available when it's not possible to attend in person.

Fees

My fees are £70 in Sevenoaks and £85 in Holborn for 50 minute sessions.

Professional Standards

I work to a strict code of ethics set by the governing body of the UKCP. I have full professional and public liability insurance. I am a service provider for Axa PP, Aviva and other medical insurers.
